This lip scrub is a great lip exfoliator. It is birthday cake scented and contains real sprinkles at the bottom, please do not eat the sprinkles. To use the lip scrub you wet your lips then scoop out a little with your finger. Then you rub it on your lips with your finger or by rubbing your lips togeather. Lastly rinse off the lip scrub with water.
